Essetì 2006 is a collector's item produced to immortalize a perfect vintage. In the Extra Brut typology, it is a Reserve that rested on yeasts from spring 2007 to the first months of 2018. Essetì, which already takes up the initials of Sboccatura Tardiva (Late Disgorgement) in its name, is surprising for its exceptional notes of freshness. It represents the pinnacle of the interpretative capacity of the territory from which it comes, where calcareous marl and an almost late chardonnay manage to generate a Timeless product, transforming the latter component into a structural feature.
