Franciacorta Extra Brut Millesimato is produced only in the finest growing years. It is made from Chardonnay grapes grown in a 40-year-old, 2-hectare vineyard located in Monticelli Brusati and trained to the Sylvoz system, where yields per hectare are low (between 40 and 60 q /ha).
This is an elegant Franciacorta that expresses itself with great complexity, magisterially supported by a perfect balance between acidity and sapidity.
